So the other contract I posted is totally fabricated,Laakiin some road clearing project from 2010 which lasted for three years even though it says it should last 30 days I'm suppose to believe miyaa.They must have been seriously big trees.When you're in a whole it's best to stop digging sxb

Its good international community to build hargeysa airport runway inorder first time heavy planes to land there.

This project nothing to do neither with Turkey nor UNDP... But Hargeisa airport and Berbera airport are both being reconstruction at the moment with the funds from Kuwait government... $10m upgrades for improvements of both airports.

You tarabal too maaj. The money for project was donated by Kuwait in the amount of $10mill.
The builders are djabouti based private construction company; they replaced the original Chinese co. that won the bidding due to unexplained circumstances.

That's right Chinese company won the original contract for HRG and an Ethiopian company won the Berbera one

Somaliland goverment revenues from public it goes to goverment officials khaat expencies.

Thug sxb first yu were claiming somaliland goverment paid the runway rebuilding which all your follow i aqonsadalanders said thats not true. And now your saying somaliand pay pensions while they can not pay most important sect whichs police and securty which UNDP pays their mushahar. Even uniforms of the police forces is paid UNDP.
