There is. Environment, Religion,Culture, FGM all play a part in it as well. Those who have a natural tendency to become dh!llos also exist in
the form of being very liberal and open minded by choice hence more likely prone to promiscuity as we witness in the western world
compared to a circumcised conservative one.

Maybe being liberal leads to it but the last part compared to a circumcised is far from true. There were a lot of egyptian studies that shows sluts being more the circumcised ones. Maybe. What is true is not all women are the same whether those in Morocco or in east Africa. In some cases circumcision doesn't make a difference
to some women in their desire to have multiple partners.
