Nugaal might not be as green as it once used to be but its far from a desert. Its not like Bari. The whole problem is the cutting of trees that reduces rainfall and the soil erosion that comes with it.

yeah its definitely drier than it used to be, however, its still greener( higher rainfall) with more seasonal rivers than mudug.

VERY unfortunate to what modern weapons and the trade of ivory did. All those animals are long gone.
