While Somalia would be co-hosting the event. Somaliland govt needs to begin a campaign to convince its public that Somalia's progress and attention is better for them. Because they are like it or not intertwined internationally. And that it should reap the reward of it like they are doing in Turkey, which Somalia opened the door to them.
