ps. why did you intimidated cumar miskiin into editing his posts, man thats so cynical
editing WTF ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT??
SXB THIS thread is Saacid and his lame application. Takale leave Rayaale alone. Hortaa ayaa lagu daalay wax cadaymo ah
Re: Faqash Dream rejected
If you have any evidence against Riyaale no one is stopping you to bring it to the courts, all we ever heard were rumors. You can't correct a wrong with a wrong,
Mohamed Ali Samatar vs Baashe is a civil suit case. I am sure Baashe and the others who were tortured under Mohamed Ali Samatar will spit on your
face if you say he is minority let him go and some other lame sh!t.
Don't come here with the weak Dooro logic of "why is Riyaale not being pursued". FYI some of the other criminals are actually being pursued
in Holland, USA and elsewhere.

Re: Faqash Dream rejected
minimal evidence i dont think so siciid morgan is caught on tape while directly ordering the bombardment of hargaeisa is not that sufficient enough
Re: Faqash Dream rejected
He does not live in USA or Europe where proper courts are in place, that is why he avoids it otherwise he will face the same fate as Mohamed Ali Samatar
or worse. Mar dambe yaan laga maqliin Boon criminal Mohamed Ali Samatar ha la iska dhaafo. He might be old and fragile now but that criminal's life should
be made a living hell. He should die in his last days as a shamed man and of course the hereafter waiting for him.

How was it rejected, this is just a petition to get it to be rejected.

The US Supreme Court has already rejected in 2010 that Mr Samantar was entiltled to “statutory” immunity and the US Government has subsequently also informed the courts in 2011 and again in 2012 that Mr Samantar was also not entitled to “common law” immunity. Despite all this, when the US recently formally recognized the Somalia government on 17 January 2013, the latter lost no time in requesting, within a few weeks, that the US should reverse its previous stand and extend immunity to Mr Samantar.

Rightwing, nevertheless, the current petition by the Prime Minister to the state department is yet to be rejected. Hence the reason for this petition.

Re: REJECTED SACID GOVERNMENT’S REQUEST
First your government reiterated that they will seek the reconciliation that they needed so badly with Somaliland but when SAACID sent that petition the relation have fallen to their lowest level since 1991. We see it unnecessary approach, kind of add insult to injury.Perfect_Order wrote:Maybe, I really don't know. But why do you think so?
Secondly, it seem SAACID is clueless that unlike Afrika, US government does not intervene justice department. Muxuu mooday? DJibouti oo kale?
