Grant that will not happen, i dont think there will be even regional states of Somalia present at that conference , its just the Somalia goverment that will be there, aswj no longer exist

By the way khatumo is not really a state it doesn't control any where in Somaliland its functions as a group of people who are the eastern corner of SL.

These are talks separate talks a process for the 2 countries to clarify their future relations , president hassan talked about it , and he said he wants to resume the talks asap, its hassan policy , saacid doesnt have his own policy , saacid repeated what hassan said , regarding SL.

There is a parliament the Parliament of Somalia shall approve what ever deal the 2 leaders reach thats how it works
