Just like P.O said everyone has a natural alarm clock, I usually wake-up minutes before the alarm..as a matter of fact I don't use it at all now for the daily routine...

Wonder what happens if one is deaf and blind. :?
Like Helen Keller? I've always wondered how her teacher was able to communicate with her - I know it was through touch but the specifics of it still make me wonder.
Sign language but on the hand, according to the biopic

If you have a deaf neighbor who lives next door to you, and you notice the apartment complex is on fire, how do you go about waking them up?
Same way you would waking anyone else who's asleep during a fire.
Knock the door?
Ring door bell?
Yell fire?

Alarms are for people who don't get enough sleep or sleep late.

You are naturally going to wake up 8 hours later. If you sleep at 10pm or 11 pm, you will wake up at 6 or 7am.

I tell myself before I sleep: "Wake up at 7 am. Wake up at 7 am". And you know what's strange, it actually works.

Deaf people have people to wake them up or vibrating phones or they sleep at proper times. There are many ways to wake up. You don't only need an alarm.

My body clock must be off cause if I'm left to my own devices, I sleep for 9 or 10 hours. Sometimes 12.

Deaf people who do not wear hearing aids or cochlear implants sometimes have lights that go off when people are at the door. Some cautious deaf people might have a system with neighbours they trust, but I assume it varies depending on the individual.
