Al Shabab are successful when clan disputes/wars occur. This is how they were able to take over south/central Somalia. This isn't a secret.

Dir and Hawiye are family. They are brothers. Outsiders can't get in between brothers. Remember that. La familia will settle the problem.

Does that give you licence to take over their homes, farms and land....even taxing them to use their own wells?
