WTF are you talking about? Sanaag is inhabited by HY, HJ, Dhulbahante and Warsangeli. Isaaq even make up the majority of the capital Cerigaabo and half of Sanaag is Isaaq. Thats a fact wether you like it or not and its not about justyfing shit but disproving and destroying your faqash propaganda.
