Xiinoow is right that is Gedo. It is part of farms supported by a Marehan organization in Holland called Hirda.

That Siciid issue was a pic from Kismaayo24 that Nomand posted where I said before it wasn't even Somalia. This is a farm run by Hirda and the pictures are from 2006. They have 14 pictures on there of the farm.
