Bisinka that is really bad for her not to take care of her husband, pregnancy shouldn't stop her from that even if she has bad morning sickness/health. Judging by what you say, I doubt she was any good prior to the pregnancy even. She should try and do what she can, atleast cook the foods that are simple.

No, but she is a wife. If the man is out working for his family 10hrs, I don't see the issue with putting together a hot plate of food (might take less than 20mins) for him to eat after a long day. She is home, even if it's hard, she can take rests while cooking. She ain't in africa where she is cooking with charcoal. I can understand with she had difficulty scrubbing bathrooms or floors but for god sake she can fix some food for the poor man.

West when you get married, you marry a grown adult who is fully functioning, hopefully. Why does he become a sac sac who can't do anything for himself when he gets a wife?

She ask her husband to drop the kid at our house in his way to work and 10 hours later when he finish he takes the kid with him+ food for the entire evening and the morning after...so her highness dont starv while his is at work. She doesnt want be bothered those 10 hours, dont even answer the phone because she's sleeping.During weekends he do the laundry and some hours we help him with the cleaning.Everyday after work he take care of his child, wash the dishes, and do all arends..adeegi, dhaktarki ilmaha etc etc.

Cuunto kasto lama dalaco, so I'm sure she can fix him something that is easy to put together. When I was pregnant, I hated wax ladalacayo too, so I baked alot and made alot of salads. You wouldnt even know if there was something cooking in the house most times. I also closed all doors to the rooms if I cooked something with strong odor that way it didnt get inside. Also, If he ate outside all the time, can you see how financially straining that can be on their budget?

She is not obligated to cook, believe it or not that's not one of her Islamic duties. In some madhabs she should get paid for housework too. :eat:

Ismahan you chose to do that, you didn't have to. Maybe she doesn't know how to bake and since she's already pregnant this is not the time to start learning.

ps finances waa his responsibility

He's a grown man who's working his socks of *10 hours per day* providing for his family.. The very least the wife could do is slap up a simple meal for him at least once a day.. Assuming she doesn't work.
Being pregnant doesn't make one physically handicapped.. If she can get herself dressed and feed surely she can do a little work around the house and make him a little something to eat..
People need to put themselves in other people's shoes marmar..
Plus marriage is a partnership.. It isn't a one way thing!
