I wad dying watching the full interview...he doesnt sound idiotic..but he is a not polished politician...he just says what comes to his mind. He is like emperior, nothing to do with "south" but acts like somaliland is part of federal state of somalia. It confusing really, but hawiye wuu ceeyey.
