Reer Afmadow, Reer Garrisa , Reer Gedo etc are too poor that is why. The only reer Kismaayo that had somewhat entrepreneurship skills were the Puntlanders
and they relocated to Bosaso and Garowe. So don't expect high rise expensive buildings like in Hargeysa, Burco, Mogadishu in Kismaayo anytime soon
because the inhabitants of this city don't have the means yet.
