Jubbaland should remain fully autonomous until the spoilers in the so-called capital are muted and put down.

Our biggest struggle will be againist IGAD, the rest of the world is backing the somali govt.
I think it will take 4 to 6 months. next month, the UN mission will get started, its not about that we need an extra army but managing the amisom, training our army, keeping the security in the major towns. Both the UN and the west are supporting us, every thing was moved into inside somalia including the EU training of the somali army instead of uganda, every day new ambassadors are arriving the capital...
The govt doesn't want yet to clash with ethiopia as they have relations with all somali clans though they are losing the central/south central and southwest regions and even ahlusunna are merging totally in the central govt. Kenya has now big problem from within jubbaland and doesn't know what to do what do you think after getting deployed sierra lione in there
the port will be given to sierra lione, its official. What you got is kenya only controlling the airport in the name of amisom and not able to stop anyone with the city having an official administration.
Sahal i'm really hoping these kenyans are replaced in both port and airport because they are bias towards one clan and many people are dissatisfied with them. I hope Somali govt finally puts an end to IGAD meddling and establish strong ties. its good idea to bring in sierra leone troops as they will be more pro-somalia.

those poor kenyans do not understand the complexity of somali clan politics.
they are already checkmated and i see their complete defeat within a few months.
The Ethiopians however do understand somali clan politics and they have a masters degree in this,
just because they have been quite due to international intervention and takeover of somalia and the death of zenawi, it does not mean
that they have been defanged.
they are still a threat.

^ Meles zenawi understood the Somali politics senior leaders of the TPLF are well versed about the inner Somali tribal struggles , they still do Ethiopia was only involved so much in Somalia because the Americans paid their bills when ever they entered Somalia. The Kenyans do not under estimate them they have been observing the Ethiopians the past 10 years. But i believe the Kenyans will have it more difficult than the Ethiopians since Kismayo is contested very hard. When the Ethiopians came into Somalia in the 2007. Kismayo was contested but the Ogaden at that time were on the side of the ICU. Now its different Ogaden are building a state, the Kenyan should be very careful what and the steps they are taking.
