The teacher was completely calm and was acting in the best interests of the delinquent skinny.
Too many Somali kids come to school to do things other than learn.

When was the teacher completely calm From beginning to the end of this clip, the kid was either being pushed onto desks, flung around, or being choked/in a choke hold. That's not restraining an aggressive/violent person. That was excessive force.
