somalia lost the war because she was the aggressor and infringed the sovereignty of a neighbouring country and those who do wrong get punished, simples
ps the 1977 war was tribally motivated anyway

Some people don't know the definition of winning. Has Somali Republic achieved its objective of freeing Western Somalia? The answer we all know and who cares if the Somali army gained few villages and towns only to run back few months later.

I don't call that a win. The region is occupied.
