You are very perceptive. That is what motivates her most likely now to edit or delete her previous posts. If someone repents from something sincerely, and made the efforts to set things right(like asking mods to delete offending threads or posts), I think they have done enough to show contrition. Whether posts remain in place or not won't matter since it is outside the repenting party's power to do anything about them.
