So I went into Lush and got some stuff. All of them smelt and felt delicious. Looking forward to tonight

Is it normal for the sales staff to use the products on you if you want to try them?

^ You could practically sample everything, either as a take away or in store.

I would have sampled more but the guy kept rubbing them on me and it felt kinda awkward

I have never used more fiddly products in my life. It will take a while to get used to using Angels on Bare skin, no wonder the sales guy wasn't letting me do it myself.

The smell of this one is also not all that but I will say it does stop shine and that is a sell for me. The soap is hard and it's strange not being able to run soap under water but it does the job lakin I am not sure that it didn't dry out my skin any less than Dove does. The exfoliator (the cuboid one that goes in a box) that was super moisturising, greasy in fact, I had to use borderline scalding water to get it to rinse off. But it did leave my skin super moisturised.

So the jury's out. I want to see what effect using natural products for a month will have, maybe then I'll be sold.

What type of skin do you have? You have to choice a product suitable for your skin or whatever you want to improve on. With lush products you are either really committed to their products and love it or its a one time trial and you never go back. My sister tired them and she didn't care for any of the products or the smell. When I first bought the Skin Drink face moisturizer, I wasn't too crazy about the smell but eventually got used to it and it fortunately does a good job.

I've got normal skin, not to oily or dry. But typical T-zone shine. It all depends on what I use hence why I was willing to experiment with a new product. I'll give it a fighting chance and use it till it's finished then decide if I'm getting more.

I didn't use moisturiser last night after using just the soap to see and to be fair it's not as drying as your typical soap but still not enough to skip lotion all together lol

The Skin Drink do you use it under your make up?

You're lucky mA. I have extreme dry skin so no matter how moisturizing a soap is, I have to use lotion (multiple times throughout the day).

The skin drink is just a daily face moisturizer. I do not wear foundation daily... unless I'm going out on dinner dates/ special occasions. But I think I would wear it under make-up otherwise my face would be too flaky.

My sister had this weird hena thing that was shaped like a big chocolate bar. I ate it and thought it was dark chocolate before reading the label. There should be laws about making make-up shit that looks like food stuffs.

Which body moisturiser do you use? I am bored of Dove though to be fair it is super hydrating, more so than Garnier 7 day intensive even.

£44 for body lotion? That's just getting ripped off surely. Are they selling the brand or is it really that good?
