They can come to somalialnd, but only with invitiation and visa, just like UN officials.

Trust me the Aviation office are 3 men of Somalia and 3 Men from Somaliland a team of six people will manage the airspace , and it will be a joint committee no where does it say that Dirty woqoyis and Somalia SFG officials are allowed to enter Somaliland. Your government wanted the freedom of movement between the government officials. but this was rejected in the talks. they only agreed on the joint committee for the airspace. And we see that as a temporarily solution in the past UN officials along with the Kenyans managed the Somali airspace. As guray said the Dirty woqoyis can visit Somaliland but they will head straight to mandheera prison lol.

in few years time any one that utters any thing that resembles an argument for ictiraaf will replace us as far as sending to jail game goes

I am actually happy the airspace conflict was resolved it would've been bad if the Hawiye led goverment continued to manage the airspace on their own, they might have their foot in a joint office. But atleast we get our fair share of the airspace revenues i see it as practical solution. While Somaliland hasn't conceded anything the talks are still happening in a foreign country on neutral ground. But still no Walanweyn governmental officials are not allowed to enter Somaliland ,we will make an exception for the 3 officials who together with Somaliland officials will manage the airspace. But anything from that , kuma aqaani weye.
