I never once promoted tribalism and you know this. That guy from the somali army baa noo hanjabey, what are we supposed to do? You of all people know defending your nation is waajib, hutuking. We want peace, we love it, but we will not tolerate any threat on our sovereignty.

We have Grad missiles if they dare try to engage us.

Also, the aggressor will be met with our Iskander and BM-30 Smerch.

We have only a small arsenal of kacaan weapons. Most of our weapons have nothing to do with somalia.

we have shit weapons, only the bm-21 are maintained and working because they are so simple trained monkeys could make them work.
only a few of the T-55's work and are only used for parades.
we are lucky that the rest of somalia is as bad as we are.
alxamdullilah.

and the bm-21 you keep talking about is very easy to disable, a counter battery by mortars would do the job nicely.
something as simple as an andriod app for mortar targetting can be made.
even better you could get those hobbie radio controlled aircraft, stick a smartphone and motoralla radio and you can get your own drone.
A drone with datalink to your $1000 dollar cheap russian 80 mm and 120 mm 50 year old mortars could do complex tasks like counter battery, and suppression and badly maul any somali millitia..
all you need is a few technicals, a hobby aircraft, 2 andriod phones a couple of digital radios and a few mortars and you can take out any group of Bm-21's and assorted technicals in a 10 mile radius.

I have my own collection of mini drones that I assembled after I bought them online.

To get back to the point,
It doesn't matter how vulnerable the rocket launchers are, they are still very useful in war. We don't have any enemies with the awood to fight back against the BM-21's. We just need to improve our Border Police. We have the weapons, we just need the nidhaam.
