Everybody pays. Somaliman50 used to pay by reading duas for the toll station workers and for bumper traffic.

I can't believer a nation of 10 millions + 2 millions aboard don't have a army dis is sad we r lucky our neighborly states r weak like somaliland , ethiopa , kenya. If india was rite nxt to us we would be all computer IT ppl by now, workin 4 da call centers
