Is HabarJeclo reer Hawd. No but I heard there are some Habar jeclo who settle some areas close to Gaashaamo . you know this better than me so why not

I think Hawd is a parcel of land that's located in both in Ethiopia and in Somalia. That's what i found out on Google.

This picture my explain where it's located.

Half of it is in 'Caghdeer' lands and the other half on Qaldaan lands. That's basiclly hawd.

Hawd is where the championship is held and the best team goes home with the cup and extra portion of land to add to their existing real estate. The loser on the other are ridiculed in 100 gabays so that history witnesses and every unborn child that hails from that tribe will share the same humiliation the befell his ancestors. The also lose land aswell as everything else.

Hawd is epic. It's where all Somali imagination, fairytale, warriorism, poetry, arts, exploration and innovation began. Almost every Somali song mentions Hawd, almost every Somali story contains Hawd, all the fine girls hail from the Hawd...it is home to the most fearsome competitions...in terms of dancing, singing, poetry.

Hawd is one of the most challenged region in the world probably only second to the Afar.

If your not battling the environment, your battling each others and the Gumeysi is long forgotten and long gone in all honesty. Somalis control this region and it remains Ethiopia's second largest region. You tell me what kind of people live under gumeysi that have second largest region in a purported colonial rule? Isn't the ruler/colonizer suppose to have the biggest?

Hawd is in a confederate with more than 80 other ethnic groups and together we form Ethiopia. Amhara is no more Ethiopian than a Hawd son. Tigray is no more Ethiopian than a Hawd father. There is difference between Abbysinian, Habesha and Ethiopian. The people in Hawd are no Abbysinians nor are they Habesha but they are Ethiopians of ethnic Somalis...the people of Gonder are Ethiopians of ethnic Amhara.

Wa sidas and Somalis like myself have moved on and I feel we better off with Ethiopia than the troublesome Somalia. Somalia will only contaminate Hawd with its toxic tribalism, isbaaro, land this land that....right now Ethiopia looks promising. We need to work on social, development and security issues but this is why we need to refocus our attention to Hawd.

The story of Hawd continues and no longer sees itself as a victim nor a colony-----it has struggles and issues like many parts of Africa but it has a bright future.

Give it a rest my friend, don't try and pigeon whole people who do not share you vision as hostages to your warped logic. You can ignore my point but I believe beneath that submissive slave mind still exists an atom of the free born Isaaq. At the moment you a parrot and a confused one at that, who like a headless chicken when not repeating your masters instruction to paint the international condemned oppression in the occupied Somali region as some sort of a free region spends day and night trying to understand Somaliland and the free men who run this region.

The problem Hawdian is like a two lions meeting one having been raised in captivity the other born in the wild free. The one raised in captivity would always be contempt being behind bars and food delivered instead of taking the chance in the wild just to avoid those hungry days when no prey is around.

I assume your mistaken Hawd for that imaginary 'Hawd' region in the tribal enclave map that consists of only one village - Baligubadle.
