Why are you writing in English then. I was born and bred in the uk what do you expect. At least correct me than put these stupid smileys on.
my somali writing skills are bad yes, and I am practising it but at least I can speak it.

Good stuff if you're fed up with the lecturer's notes. Wolfram Alpha is also another helpful site.

The standard in academia is LaTeX, but it's kind of a hassle to get started with it (lots of packages to download, plus it has its own syntax). I could've sworn there was an online wysiwyg editor for LaTeX out there somewhere, but I can't seem to find it right now. You might want to check out
https://www.sharelatex.com/ and
http://www.bakoma-tex.com/ in the meantime, although I'm not sure whether the latter one requires you to download the whole (and pretty large) LaTeX system (last time I did it was ~4 GBs...basically a shit ton of fonts).
LaTeX is free, open source software built on the work of the great Donald Knuth with TeX.
