Congratulations to Ina Farah. I gotta say though it is a bit odd how he all of a sudden got so good at the old age of 29. I hope what happened to Tyson Gaye does not happen to him.

Distance runners typically reach their prime at his age. Bekele, Lagat etc all were at their best at a similar age. Also his career has had a steady progression, he didnt come out of nowhere. Won Euro meets, broke Brit records, etc but just kept getting better every year.
