I was referring to the killings of the innocent people
But that is NOT the aya says. It bothers me to hear to quoted on the news without reading the rest of the aya or not mentioning the 'corruption on earth' part.
The surrah says killing is forbiden by Allah unless the person has killed another OR has caused 'corruption on earth'. What is 'corruption on earth?'
It could mean anything, hence what restraining wisdom contained within the Surrah is annuled by 'corruption on earth' condition.
In conclusion, the surrah doesn't say killing a being who hasn't killed is not forbiden but with the condition of 'or those who cause corruption on earth.'
(And fight in the way of Allah those who fight you,)
Abu Al-`Aliyah said, "This was the first Ayah about fighting that was revealed in Al-Madinah. Ever since it was revealed, Allah's Messenger used to fight only those who fought him and avoid non-combatants. Later, Surat Bara'ah (chapter 9 in the Qur'an) was revealed.'' `Abdur-Rahman bin Zayd bin Aslam said similarly, then he said that this was later abrogated by the Ayah:
(...those who fight you) applies only to fighting the enemies who are engaged in fighting Islam and its people. So the Ayah means, `Fight those who fight you', just as Allah said (in another Ayah):
(And kill them wherever you find them, and turn them out from where they have turned you out.) meaning, `Your energy should be spent on fighting them, just as their energy is spent on fighting you, and on expelling them from the areas from which they have expelled you, as a law of equality in punishment.
What does your last post have to do with what we're discussing?
Oh yeah Allah, most merciful and wise,
spare us your army of mass copy&paste for once
Shukran ya allah.
Once again, I asked for an unconditional prohibition of killing in the quran. The surrah you provided had a condition attached which I explained to you.
You come acroos as intelligent., socially-aware young person. keep up the good work.
Honour-killoing is not strictly Islamic but Islam does make it easy by being generally so misogynistic. By devaluing women's life and humanity as Isalm incontrovertibly does, it creates the environment in which insecure men take them.
Isalm considers women to be barely human. A woman's oath in a court is worth 50% less than man's. Her blood is worth 50% less than man's. A daughter qualifies 50% than a brother from a father's inheritance.
The Quran CLEARLY allows men to beat their women " Abandon them in bed...and if they don't obey beat them up".
So female life is already degraded and reduced to half that of a man. Killing them is just taking one step more than beating them.
It is therefore no coincidence that honour killing almost uniquely occurs in Muslim countries.
"qaal Allah..yacni" reminds me of cady-sporting, often spitting Somalia waddads on dhafar nights in Warmahan! This prideless chick thinks using Arabic words(incorrectly) makes her somehow closer to god! He will probablyy laugh at your stupid mistakes and nasty accent.
honour killing has no place here sister...its Not Islamic but some other faith and not in somalia culture...so maybe go u should post this in indian forum or something...
DD that loophole stuff is just none-sense...1st you can find a loophole in anything!!...2nd that ayaet is beautiful since it has many interpretations, 3rd you can't just pick up a surat just like that n say it can aplies this, ( i once thought you knew Islam very well..) I suggest you read into Islamic jurisprudence system to see the mechanisms used by Islamic scholars to interpret, once you learn a lil in this subject you will see not any1 can take any ‘loophole’ they desire when it comes to Qaran. That aya defines murder as its defined today’s logicality, look at it closer.
