I have a fantasy that I would be on a road trip and I would be at a diner somewhere and someone will have the symptoms and I would do the procedure on the diners' floor.

YOLO in the Hereafter means something different.
No life after death is a concept that is alien to me. I can't wrap my head around it. For one thing, I can't escape the hopelessness and pointlessness of life, if it were true. What do you think?
