Somalida indha adaygooda midba sheekuu jeebkiisa kala soo baxaa.
Somalia has a region in the north that is inclusion to historical Dir empires, as for Akishe and their where abouts during the AD era, I suggest you read a book and get acquainted with The Akishe Queen
- @ Sanaag, surely the absence of a brain induces one to speak from his rear.
The Akishe queen is irrefutable. What's a fact is that North Somalia is not a country, referring to it as one will not differ reality. However awakening an old nick to settle scores with baseless arguments has always been right up your alley MeyleSamaale, good day sir.

When you say "north", what do you mean by that? Do you mean geographically north? The most northern point of Somalia is in Bari. Perhaps a map would help with this:
What you've pointed out is waqooyi bari. When you hear waqooyi what comes to your mind ? My point is Hargeysa and its surroundings are all part of Somalia, some people have a real hard time digesting that reality.
Wether this "queen" existed or not is in question and you're talking about her alleged clan, something that I find preposterous. On top of that you mentioned the Akishe clan that lives 100's of miles away from Sanaag and they have never lived in that region. The only Dir that live in Sanaag are the royal Magaadle.
Secondly the name Somalia was given to you by the Italians. The a in Somalia is a latin suffix denoting land. Another example is Africa, which literally mean the land of the Ifriq (an ethnic group among the Tunisian Berbers). You also have Italia which means the land of young cattle.
So how can Somaliland be part of Somalia, when Somalia is a reference to the Italian colony? Somaliland was a country and today she's a country.
Hopefully you can answer this question because what you’ve brought forth is dismissible and can easily be proven wrong and quite frankly it becomes a boring subject if you can't prove it, without the usual, saying it's a fact won't make it one.
You believe in Sheekh Isaaq to be you're forefather when oral history has shown all his presumed progenies are named after their maternal linage, Habar Magaado, Habar-Xabuusho, since both Arabs and Somalis share common passage of clans in the paternal lineage, why has this sheikh abandoned from what is substantially as common as passing down his linage, instead used his wives ? In other words Sheekh Isaaq was never really your forefather or the gender of this character is at question now.
