Can't eat without a drink, never could. Cunta dhunta madhafeso small bite or big.

I do. For example, when eating rooti/xawlo or rooti/malmalaato, I sip shaah with it. When eating baasto or bariis, I sip isbarmuuto or Vimto with it. But, if the benefits lie in drinking after eating, then I've to re-evaluate.

i drink before the meal atleast 2 cups, so i get full fast and not eat much.
