well we have to have a group of honest leaders who will accept their positions, roles and ranks. leader who believe the only to a top position is working your way up. leaders who couldn't care less about recognition. Also like saudi arabia we have to be coup proof. then you wont have mooryans hijacking the cause of establishing Somaliweyn. I say lock up all qabil leaders and keep them as bargaining chip. If their clans refuse to fight then we will run smear campaigns and say their leader was behind their decision. Plus if we have these tribal leaders under our control they will sing our tune. their tribe will not fight us.
