First of all Hassan Sheikh does have an Ugaas since as Abgaal we have an Ugaas that is for the whole tribe. We don't have Sub sub Clan Ugaas. There are two traditional elders for the whole tribe which are the Imaam and Ugaas and they speak for all Abgaal not their sub clan only. Secondly Harti Abgaal live mostly not on the coast but rather in the interior thus them having a border with Hiiraan the exception being those who live in Cadale with Celi Cumar.

Yeah I know and I stated the presidents subsubsubclan don't live in mareeg or ceeldheer they live in the hinter land in galcad. I know they have shaykh system not nabadoon trust me.

I'm from the hawadle subclan of cabdi yusuf and they are scattered all the way to juboyinka but this is weird thing for somalis who think hawadle only live in hiiraan. In southren ethiopia, there is a capital(filtu) of a region where the majority are dagodia and hawadle(adeer subclan who doesnt live in hiiraan)
