As for the SFG constitution, it's provisional, not permanent. Airports and ports is under central government jurisdiction in every federal country. It is not under state jurisdiction. California does not issue it's own visas. California does not control what comes in and out at the ports. If I go through any airport in any federal country (US, Canada, Australia, Brazil), you are checked and inspected by federal officials and federal border agents. I don't see state officials. They have their own responsibilities. They have no business in airports or ports. These contradictions in the constitution will be fixed. Enough with the games. We can't be having 10 different authorities controlling our airports and ports in one country. The line must be drawn.

Somalis have no idea what federalism is. Either break off from Somalia or follow federalism.
