no, you must shred the roti in the blender...then you futee that with the bananas (by hand)...The ground fenugreek must be mixed with equal parts lemon juice and hot water until you get a paste, that's your xulbad. The fish is marinated in the peri peri sauce and hooked up in the oven...then you dig in. preparation/cooking time: 1 hour
digestion time: 5 hours.

Steamed white fish (seabass, cobbler) in lemon. Served with garden veg.

1. Preheat your oven

2. Get the white fish, put it on tin foil which you have sprinkled with olive oil. Season with salt.

3. Slice some onion, garlic and courgettes and put on the sides of the fish. Take a half or whole lemon (depending on how ripe it is and the size) and slice over the fish.

4. Wrap the foil around the fish and put it in the oven for 5-7 minutes.

5. Boil baby potatoes, carrots and peas in water for 7-10 minutes. Drain the water.

6 Plate up and serve. :eat:

*be careful that you dont overcook your fish which is easily done

Well then here it is:

ground beef...cook it with whatever spices you can find; put it away
onions, sliced
green pepper, thinly sliced
Tomatoes, sliced
strips of paratha/rotis
slices of cabbage (cook it really quickly) put it away
A plain omelette

In a big bowl, mix it all up with a bit of olive oil or subag saafi...Eat
