with consistent peace and stability then ofcourse there is no reason one shouldn't build a house like the first pic. I like the first house very modern and cool. however, i doubt there will be any luck with grass growth, so thee green front/back yard would be more like sandy front/back yard. Even without the grass i would still build it, but where can we get the builders with the skills required to build it?? that is the million dollar question, am not worried about the money, but am worried about if we have any experts in those kinds of houses
