There's a GNC near my area and I buy all of the Whey Protein powders from there.

One important tip: don't drink Muscle Milk

It's way too fatty.

Bro I keep it simple, I get my proteins from lean meat's like Chicken and turkey breast (available at local halal butcher shop), eggs & other sources. My carbs are usually bread and my fats are things like olives and vegetables, anyways I'mma go ahead with this experiment I'm currently 158 lbs by Janurary I should weigh 170, 12 lbs of pure muscle.

You barely get any fats from vegetables to compensate. I don't understand how you can get your fats from just vegetables. Surely, you would get both your protein and fat from the meat you eat.

yeah the red meat +baris is also a source of proteins and fats, but olives do compensate :usure:

How many olives would you eat in one sitting then? You can't eat a few olives on the side to compensate for the fat yield. You would have to eat more than that.

I eat about 10-15, now since I'm starting my routine i'll get in more proteins and fats on rest days and on resistance training days I'll increase carbs and proteins but keep fats at a deficit.

It's difficult for me to maintain my weight. Even though it's counter-intuitive, I hold my weight when I work out, sleep a lot, and stay hydrated otherwise I become too underweight. I should start working out soon though, your workout schedule isn't bad so I'll use it.
