I was busy these days to verify my source as I got other issues. Now I got the full picture

Secondly I just used UNDPS as an example, I know its a different UN organization but I meant the means/al wasila that will be used for somaliland as one of these NOG

I was wrong on this, apparently its kinda of your trusted bank though not sure if its independent. The point is that you will receive your funds through this organization like the SFG receives through its cenbtral bank

This doesn't mean that your controlling the funds

Now I see the full picture: the somaliland share will be transformed into danmark who will be responsible for this-the primary source- ok, then the danish will send the funds on stages-according to the project, its same for the FSG as both won't be able to be credited for managing the whole funds- through the somaliland development fund-a box that was already established by danmark and uk- the one you was talking about.

Regarding to the federal government of somalia, it will appoint the head of the independent body between her and the donor communiy, all the members are only from the govt as I made sure. Its a somali govt owned project but independent since there are foreing members.

This accountable body will also send the funds to puntland too on stages -according to the project-
