Muslim man, I guess you're not that Islamist!. Why are you laughing at another Somali muslim person?!. Don't you know that truck drivers make alot of money?!. My cousin ( who's fresh from the jungles of Xudun ) has been driving trucks now for the past three years!. He now owns a truck and is making 10-15 thousand a month!.

I'm majoring in pre med, but I'm not going to try to become a doctor!.

Sxb, clearly you have an answer to this question, so why donÃ¢Â€Â™t' you please explain to us, what science is according to you? For, the answer to your question should already be clear from my description of the science in political science. My point, once again is that in the study of politics good arguments are the way we move beyond belief or opinion to knowledge. Belief can exist without understanding, and opinion can be uninformed. Knowledge however must be based on the best available evidence and our best critical thinking and it must be capable of being communicated from one reasonable person to another. So, this is where the science in political science comes in, because isnÃ¢Â€Â™t the meaning of science simply the Latin word for knowledge?

Politics are mainly based theory not scientific analysis as you put it.

You are right in the sense that political science is not a hard science, such as physics, chemistry and the like. Howver, it can be considered as a science, because the scientific method is still used I.e. Observation, question, hypothesis, etc. But, hey I'm not very familiar with poli-sci either, after all IÃ¢Â€Â™m just a weather man, I just remember few things from my one and only elective poli-sci class.

this dhaga dude is full of jokes. i am sure he is a very well learned person and is not taking the truck driving thing as life time profession.

i have nothing against truck drivers, infact my dad brought me and the rest of family to europe from the savings he made while driving them trucks. truck drivers make lots of money but put in hella hard work too. Its not a joy ride my freind. i have talked to a few and have seen them at work acouple of times. man that shit aint as easy as it appears, truck drivers do the loading of goods and do the down loading after they reach their designated destination again Mad

not to mention the longs hours Embarassed

you cousin is doing it coz he has no other alternative, he is from hudun and has probably not seen the door of a class.

Any medicine or medical related science careers are safe bet. As long as they are ppl, you'll need to treat them. With longer life expectancy, the demand on medicine and science to produce drugs and health treatments will only grow exponentially.
