Farhan, if there was water in Somalia they wouldn't give the government 2 billion dollars. Lol, you think all that money was really for free? They've never given shit to most African countries which are in civil war.

i dont think a transaction has yet been made, considering the fact that its not still known whether or not their is oil? maybe, that was aid money
