Living in an overly sexualized environment and never having being taught how to handle it can do that to anyone. I think a lot of us have this unrealistic expectation of these young women, forgetting the environment they're in. I've met hijaab wearing girls who were either infatuated or in love with non-Muslims. I'm a dude and never for a second saw myself anywhere near a non-Somali, let alone a non-Muslim. But, I know I come from a different era and have never dealt with a crisis of the conscience the way a lot of these young people do. They're ill equipped and ill prepared to deal with what their bodies are going through, what their environment is exposing them to and their upbringing. No amount of covering up or coming from a religious/decent family will ever substitute for having morals and standards which is what a lot of young people lack, both male and female. Someone needs to teach these people self-worth and a way to deal with their hormones.
