Plenty of Xassan, Xuseen and Saleebaan but no Adan Cabdalle. Btw, who resides in Coomaad?

The smart cabdalle live along the banks of the river from baladweyne to jalalaqsi but they are more concentrated between baladwyne and halgan and luuqjeloow in the west. For this reason they are more smart bc all the schools in the old days were based in these deegaans

In the late 18 cencury, as clan got larger, ugaas warfaa was forced to settle in the centeral village. At that time only cabdalle, adan warsame, cabdi yusuf and few agoon cabdalla besides the jijeele and jareer. The rest have moved in after it it has became a big town. Ugaas warfaa house was aargada where he was recieving the subclans from every region and he gave it the name balad al amin as you can see it on aargada udkhuloo baladan aaminan, with the time it become the biggest town in hiiraan, hence baladweyne...during kacaanka the govt has changed the building into one of the police buildings and has banned the meetings during ugaas khalif era. both ugaas warfaa and ugaas rooble lived in that buliding.

There are cabdalle in camalow with cabdi yusuf that is why the cabdalla camalow families in america, they are from bulo burde but originally from camalow. camalow is the closest village to baladweyne and will be a new distric of baladweyne soon. Genarally, reer ugaas, cabdalle, adan warsame and cabdi yusuf more marry from each other and they look the same. maybe we are the real hawadle

Unless there is a broad based reconciliation effort to pacify all the clans of Hiiraan, the AS will have a constituency to exploit. In Galmudug, it was easy because Sacad there are 99.5% Suufi and the 0.5% are watched closely including monitoring the 1 mosque they have. The Shikhaal are also Suufi along with the Dir and Jaaji. AS has no constituency to exploit in Galmudug and however divided the qabiils are they are all united behind the Qaddriyah Suufi sheiks who have proclaimed all Wahabians and offshoots of Abdulwahab as Bidca who must be fought with, a duty of all Qaddriyah Suufi followers in Galmudug.

But Galmudugs security is much easier to tend to. Hiiraan shares borders with four regions and Ethiopia. Any soulless barbarian with bad intent could slip into and out the region. There's a job vacancy in the Governors office for an experienced Anti-Extremist Ideological Propagandist Scholar, preferably schooled in the teachings of the Qadariyah sufi sect. Good salary, choice of local wife and security provided

Any Somali Govts two main priorities should be: 1)Destroying Al Shabaab and their financiers
2)broad based reconciliation of all Somalis/regions.

There needs to be complete buy in from all the clans in the area to fight AS and this can only be done if there is a solid alternative mamuul that can serve the interests of all groups.

When I speak of mamuul, it has to be a grassroots, village by village effort not a top down one. It would be best if it is started off at the local district level with a series of loya jirgas, adequate funding from the central government and local buy in. AS thrive in the absence of mamuul and create their own alternative mamuul which provides structure and law & order (albeit a harsh one).
