Speak for yourself. I'm Somali, my forefathers are Somali. The only non-Somali ancestry in my DNA are possible Oromos of Ethiopia. So please don't drag us into your confused soul-searching identify complex. We are sub-Saharan African and natives to Africa.

Arab identity is mainly based on linguistic and cultural grounds, but also other factors. The only thing Somalis share with Arab is religion. As I said before, you are much close in lineage to Ethiopian Oromo Christians than you will ever be to an Arab Muslim. Just embrace it bro.
