true but they are not viable options because somaliland will not accept a subordinate position and certain clans are deathly against a north -south power sharing system because it will relegate them to a lower position of power politically.
Siilanyo can easily sell a north-south power sharing system to his people and you can get a united somalia overnight, but this will never be accepted by the south.

Having said that, there is no much clan rules out of the SFG, depends on who leads it and what's their-the prez and pm- policy

Before there was a oneness of decision but at the moment there is a power struggle inside the govt and this is why somaliland has postponed the talks again till next year.

If the current pm reappears there could be a problem with his new agenda and may change the old arrangements and there won't be a motion for the next 6 months.

Generally the west, arabs, djibouti want this. This is the only way somalia can unite.
