The only thing impact is his ability to influence not his ability to WANT to influence. The next PM could be more empowered if he chose because he could WANT to influence while having the means (basis) to influence.

please explain exactly what he did in regards to the Kismaayo issue ? the fact remains, Saacid was never used against any one party in Kismaayo, this slander is used only by Dhaboyaco who simply want the PM position for themselves, it isn't based on reality. A Darood PM being used against Darood interest is a fictional crisis that only fools who don't examine the situation would swallow.

It is apparent Saacid played a peace keeping role in the entire duration of Kismaayo issue, but of course he can't stop Hutus from meddling, neither should he since Kismaayo is currently lead KDF OG alliance, let them do their own work.
