I doubt reer Hargeisa care about a mere police commander la badalo this is not the hargeisa mentality ,Hargeysa is the capital city of Somaliiland its not a small city it belongs to all, reer hargeisa protest when their basic services are not met remember when the UAE ay keenen Riig and some segments of Hargeisa protested why because they need the water, they dont care about police commanders.
