Not really, one conversation cannot really tell a person personality. One conversation is really vague. A person might be having a bad day and he/she might sound different to what he/she really is like. I give 1 month close conversation enough period to know a person personality, though that is also not enough.

Also, I'm sure there are beautiful people with good personality. But if that never exist, I will go for a average girl with a good personality. I don't think me having ugly girl is possible. It's like a tall girl dating a short guy. It's just a mismatch. I always believe ugly people should be together. This is my honest opinion, it might sound harsh

Also regards to ur last question, guys are not really valued by their outer image but mainly their manliness, courage and characteristics. Whereas girls are valued mostly by their outer image. Like they say beauty is a girl thing.

Someone can never really not have personality, unless by no personality we're talking about a quiet or reserved person that doesn't express themselves adequately. If that person was to be in a relationship with someone, they would open up to that person however if by no personality you mean they are inherently boring then who would be attracted to them in the first place?

I also think looks are naturally important as a relationship leads to children and that's dependent on the aesthetic disposition of the parents.
