there is nothing else for them to vote on. 90% of the country comes under the authority of other governments (puntland, somaliland, jubbaland, ahlu sunnah). what authority do hassan sheekh, the pm and 275 guys in mogadishu have outside of mogadishu, baydaba and beledhweyn?greenday wrote:What a silly thing to vote on, have they nothing better to do with their time? They were a group of people and so would have the good, the bad and the ugly! Bring back those who did well and leave the rest, simple.
the reason they got defeated today was that the motion was againist the constitution wich gives every mowatin such right besides the khilaf was between the pm and prezPerfect_Order wrote:Greenday is it silly for Parliament to say, hey we got rid of the last government not just the pm, because they did a terrible job and therefore we don't want the same guys who failed to come back? It is pretty logical to me.greenday wrote:What a silly thing to vote on, have they nothing better to do with their time? They were a group of people and so would have the good, the bad and the ugly! Too bad my buddy Saacid did not listen to my 12 point memo.Niya wrote:AbdiWahaab, this president is not choosing his battles well. This is a minor thing that he unnecessarily escalated to a big deal. This makes him look like an uncompromising micro-manager who doesn't mind ruling over a polarized government.
Your posts in every where are off the topic, is some thing is wrong with your reason? caql is just like the ciqaal/xarig on the head/brain!.original dervish wrote:First off...there is no "Govt" in Somalia.
There are no functioning institutions neither
This political charade is worse than meaningless, because it gives false hope that progress is being made.
Somalia needs to build it's security forces, and I don't mean moryaan with uniforms.
A professional army/police will deliver more to the population than hundreds of socalled ministers.
I could go on but slumber beckons.
that's exactly what i have been trying to say. this is the truth that most southerners are trying to avoid mentioning or speaking of it.original dervish wrote:First off...there is no "Govt" in Somalia.
