Okay let me ask another question
Do you think Somaalida think it's an okay-ish thing to do, depending on the circumstances?

Honestly
Lets put it this way, I would probably bribe a man to achieve my ends while holding him in contempt for his lack of morals and principle.

Don't be ashamed. Corruption and Bribing people happens in London, Paris and New york daily.
However the difference between these cities is that they can provide basic services and uphold the rule of law which is everything, once this is achieved the people don't care.

I heard its a common practice in Africa, like you can't literally get anything done without needing to bribe someone. That says alot about the people I suppose, but then again wide spread corruption such that exists in Somalia and other places is brought upon by the conditions ( Social, political, economic) that exist. When people are starving and have unfulfilled basic needs, they will get desperate. What I don't understand is, why don't they rise up and demand change from their institutions so the system could work better for them.

Re: Corruption & Nin Rag
For me the definition of a "nin raag" is HE WHO, is above average tall, hoarse deep voice, large hands, heavy eye brow, large feet promising a large gu.s. He must be silent and strong, devious in the eyes, hyper horny all the time, restless I mean.
He must have his own money and is ready to whip a naughty girl. Preferably not the whipping that is desired in the ogadeeni culture of whipping their wives. I could mention more, but I preserve my lady's manners.
Re: Corruption & Nin Rag
Is it true it's the British empire that invented (institutional) corruption?
