Hiiraan administration is about to make for him status in baladweyne.
In the old times they tried to impose a curfew in the hours they were collecting water but djibouti who has the mandate has told them they can't impose curfew.
Ethiopians are few and have one base on a lonely montain.
Local radios talk always againist them
Bottom line is that we are againist them being in our cities, political affaires.
There is an agreement to remove them after the liberation of the southren parties. Now for a security reasons they are there.
The somali govt has accepted to integrate the ethiopian troops into amisom so they can lose their operational freedom, now the few that are based in hiiraan will join their big brothers in sector 3 so that the burundis of sector 3 can be removed to sector 5(kismayo) Another 1000 djiboutian troops will arrive in hiiraan to be based in bulo burde by the end of the next month then we wont have any more ethiopians in hiiraan.
Govts Plan B is the central army that is getting formed, this will make hiiraan connected with mudug.
