-Jubbaland State will have three branches of state government: Executive, Legislative, and Judicial
-Jubbaland State will unite differing militias as unitary state security
-Jubbaland State will be democratic and respect the rights of minorities
-Jubbaland State will be based on Sharia Law


The groups will now have subsequent meetings and interactions to work out the attainment of this plan.

Some things You're not understanding. The debate was NEVER about should there be a Jubbaland or whether there should be. Using Your logic,The TFG and all the Somali Governments were formed in Kenya so how can one support the Somali Gov and not Kenya? Bottom line is Jubbaland is a reality now. Is the system perfect? No, but why try to destroy something When You can try to fix it. All the Sade mps supported the Jubba side with the Gov side, yet all the Sade mps support Kenya leaving. Given Madoobe's IGAD connetions, its a fair compromise He rules for two years. At the end of the day if the result is a Federal State from the Ethiopian border in Doolow to the Indian ocean in Kismayo, then it is all worth it. I do not understand what is so difficult for You to understand with this position.
