According to a friend of mine, falling into sleep paralysis on your back means that you're being mounted (sexually) by a female Jinn. Not sure whether or not that's true, but if it is, it's quite selfish on the female jinns part because I've never experienced any pleasure

My deepest fantasy is to see elitesomali choke to death while sleeping. Half awake, half asleep, elites fat body paralyzed, yet mind foculty is awake, and deep in water as elite gasps for all oxygen that is slowly slipping away. ALl this happening, while I stand above elites paralyzed and disappearing body-enjoying every moment as the skin color turning blue.

For those experiencing sleep paralysis, it means you've neglected remembering Allah and carrying out your duties as a Muslim. You aren't protected, hence why evil entities can easily attack and possess you.

There are two different issues in here:
1. Sleep paralysis, I have heard that this is caused by anemia.
2. The second issue which Gurey mentioned is Jinn. People who suffer this need a lot of quraan saar. Anyone who is in England and suffers that thing should contact the young Sh. Cabdiqani Cali Mire, I have seen him in the TV...and in other places there are Sheikhs too. In Va we have a young Shiekh who help people with this problem.
