Most of the Men are expat workers from Indian subcontinent , allot of single men working.
If you leave them out the ratio is normal with slightly more women than men.

born and bred in Doha. old times, per my father was good for Somalis. now you either, need you, and give you" temporary" citizenship or you have western passport, especially americans are top respected here.

they are very conservative in term of social relation with others. they are their own don't like to mix with others unless there is interests. the only country I would prefer other than Qatar would be Kuwait.

jobs are available now and next 10 years. IT is the top jobs they need now and communication jobs. living is very cheap, except housing. maybe 60% or more will be your accommodation. of course if you want live nice villa.

How easy is it to find quraan teachers, talibul ilm or sheikhs etc to learn under?

my uncle as well my dad teaches somaalis ahkaam tajweed. there is darul quran and many courses for quran and as well one for none Arabic speakers. also easy to be accepted.
